第一章 總則Chapter 1 — General Provisions
- 第一條 本會名稱為臺灣特技舞蹈協會（以下簡稱本會）
- Article 1 The name of this organization is the Taiwan Acrobatic Dance Association (hereinafter "the Association").
- 第二條 本會為依法設立、非以營利為目的之社會團體
- Article 2 The Association is a legally established, non-profit social organization.
- 第三條 本會以推展特技舞蹈教育，培育表演藝術跨域人才，建構專業證照檢定，鏈結產業需求，促進產業生態發展，擴大特技舞蹈國際能量為宗旨
- Article 3 The mission of the Association is to promote acrobatic dance education, cultivate cross-domain performing arts talents, establish professional certification systems linked to industry needs, advance the development of the industry ecosystem, and expand the international reach of acrobatic dance.
- 第四條 本會之主管機關為內政部。業務上受文化部指導
- Article 4 The competent authority of the Association is the Ministry of the Interior; its activities are guided by the Ministry of Culture.
- 第五條 本會以全國行政區域為組織區域
- Article 5 The organizational area of the Association covers the entire national administrative territory.
- 第六條 本會會址設於理事長住所或辦公處所
- Article 6 The Association's registered address is the residence or office of the President.
第二章 任務Chapter 2 — Tasks
- 第七條 本會任務如下：
一、推展特技舞蹈教育，培育表演藝術跨域人才
二、建構專業證照檢定，鏈結產業需求
三、促進產業生態發展，擴大特技舞蹈國際能量
四、辦理特技舞蹈相關展演、研習及學術研討會
五、推動特技舞蹈職場安全與健康
六、辦理會員服務及福利事項
七、其他符合宗旨之事項 - Article 7 The tasks of the Association are:
1. Promoting acrobatic dance education and cultivating cross-domain performing arts talents
2. Establishing professional certification systems linked to industry needs
3. Advancing the industry ecosystem and expanding the international reach of acrobatic dance
4. Organizing acrobatic dance performances, workshops and academic conferences
5. Promoting occupational safety and health in acrobatic dance
6. Providing member services and welfare
7. Other matters consistent with the Association's mission
第三章 會員Chapter 3 — Membership
- 第八條 本會會員分為個人會員及贊助會員
- Article 8 Membership consists of individual members and supporting members.
- 第九條 凡贊同本會宗旨之個人，填具入會申請書，經理事會通過，並繳清入會費及當年度會費後，即為本會個人會員
- Article 9 Any individual who endorses the Association's mission may become an individual member by submitting a membership application, obtaining approval from the Board of Directors, and paying the admission fee and the current year's membership fee.
- 第十條 本會入會費：個人會員新臺幣壹千元。常年會費：個人會員新臺幣壹千元
- Article 10 Admission fee: NT$1,000 for individual members. Annual membership fee: NT$1,000 for individual members.
第四章 組織Chapter 4 — Organization
- 第十一條 本會設理事會，由會員大會選出理事若干人組成之
- Article 11 The Association has a Board of Directors, composed of directors elected by the General Member Assembly.
- 第十二條 本會設監事會，由會員大會選出監事若干人組成之
- Article 12 The Association has a Board of Supervisors, composed of supervisors elected by the General Member Assembly.
- 第二十六條 本會得設置各種委員會、小組或其他內部作業組織，其組織簡則由理事會擬定，載明設立依據、組成、任務、經費來源等，提經理事會通過，修正時亦同
- Article 26 The Association may establish committees, working groups or other internal bodies. Their organizational guidelines — covering legal basis, composition, tasks and funding sources — shall be drafted and approved by the Board of Directors; the same applies to any amendment.
